Work across a portfolio of Australia's most well-known fashion, beauty, tourism, retail & lifestyle brands.The Opportunity:Supporting and working closely with the Founder, your key role will be managing a team of (15) integrated staff across a client portfolio of fashion, retail, luxury, beauty and hospitality accounts.Drive public relations, advertising and social media platforms across the business.Drive new business development (30%).Manage and drive new client and media relationships whilst strengthening existing ones across the (wider) business departments.Assist the agency and key client accounts (hands-on!
).Work closely with the leadership, content and marketing teams to assist in making key decisions for the agency.Liaise with key national media daily.You:Live in Melbourne and have full working rights.Have 10+ years min of experience in the communications (ATL or BTL) industry (agency preferred).Have impeccable attention to detail and great written communication skills.Are an exceptional public relations practitioner with plenty of digital knowledge and experience.Are highly organised, driven and curious.Have solid business and leadership experience.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning is preferred.Would describe yourself as a well-connected professional who thrives on maintaining and developing relationships.Have an extensive and relevant media database (national).Are highly motivated and can take initiative.Are eager to build the business in a growing and exciting space!
