This newly established, creative agency has the backing of a successful 25+ year company and now seeks a well-rounded Digital Content Manager with solid client relationship management experience to join their rapidly expanding agency!
If you have proven expertise in creating high-quality written, visual, and video content – we want you!
The Opportunity:Support and work closely with the GM & EditorAccount and client relationship managementManage monthly content plan and production schedule, covering eDMs, SEO-optimised articles, commercial content, and videoDevelop content strategy across web, social, and video to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and reach new audiences.Host client meetings, manage key stakeholder relationships, approve, review and report on new marketing dataAdvocate for your clients and customers and ensure content marketing objectives are metRegularly audit the client's website to identify gaps and work with the Editor to address themCollaborate across departments to align content with broader marketing and sponsorship goalsCoordinate with the commercial team to devise and execute innovative campaigns for partnersDeliver exceptional client services, digital marketing and content marketing for your clientsDeliver presentations to your clients and present confidently (via PowerPoint & Keynote decks)Deliver project management across small to large-size assignments, on time and on budgetYou:Live in Melbourne, Australia and have full working rightsSponsorship is not available4 years of client management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing or advertising agency environmentYou thrive on collaborating across teams, whether to conceptualise creative campaigns, optimise SEO performance, or deliver compelling commercial content for partnersPassionate about digital platforms and social media, you're driven to push the boundaries of content creation and are excited by opportunities to experiment with fresh ideasYou have good business sense and a solid grasp of finance, budgeting and operationsHave an excellent understanding of the Australian media landscapeA degree in Marketing or Advertising is idealDescribe yourself as a confident, forward-thinking leaderAre curious, eager to learn and want to stay ahead of the game!Have a good understanding of social media and content experience within an agency environmentHave a good understanding of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and Facebook Business Manager platformsHave a positive and approachable way of working and the ability to inspire those around you
