The Opportunity:Support the Founder and Head of Digital & work across various disciplines within the businessWork with a team of paid media specialists to ensure optimal performance for your clientsWork within a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvementWork on the end-to-end workflow of media plans, from receipt of the brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high qualityCoordinate with the Client Services Team to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverablesServe as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may ariseCollaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.You:Live in Melbourne and have full working rightsBachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications2-4+ years of digital media or content experience preferredComfortable operating in a nimble, fast-paced, creative environmentExcellent verbal and written skillsStrong organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-orientedCan turn insights into actions!Knowledge of Programmatic, Video, Social, Search and SEO practices are desirableGood understanding of data analytics
