9-month Contract Creative Studio $110k-$120k pro-rata A vibrant and creatively led agency is looking to hire a collaborative Account Director with retail, education, or lifestyle client experience to contract immediately!

The Opportunity: Support the General Manager & work closely with internal teams Manage and mentor x2 SAM's Client and stakeholder liaison Manage a portfolio of edu, lifestyle & retail consumer clients (day-to-day operational activity, retention, growing existing accounts) Contribute to new business strategies and new business development Collaborate closely with the entire team to execute creative business strategy and manage client expectations/budgets Financial management (overseeing detailed budgets, and client invoices) Contribute to business pitches and presentations. You: Live in Melbourne, Australia and have full working rights 6-8+ years experience in a similar role (agency experience preferable) Have proven creative, design or brand agency experience Previous experience working across lifestyle, education or retail is ideal Strong industry knowledge Collaborative, engaging, proactive and hard-working attitude!
