About The Role:
Rydges Sydney Central is a 309 room hotel located near Central station in Surry Hills.
The hotel features a large multifaceted Food & Beverage operation, including a 120-seat restaurant, 13 unique Meeting & Event spaces and the award-winning Sydney Brewery Surry Hills.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a hotel that has a great culture and supportive work environment.
You will have a sound background in administration with previous experience in co-ordinating and executing corporate events a bonus!
You will have the ability to build relationships with clients whilst understanding their needs.
With your impeccable attention to detail, you will liaise with the relevant departments in order to provide a successful event.

About You:
We are seeking a friendly professional who possesses the following qualities:
High energy.
Ability to build great relationships.
Great attention to detail.
Be a problem solver.
Experience in a Conference Co-ordinator role or similar.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Ability to work well in a high functioning team.
Effectively build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the event planning process.
Previous experience in a similar role essential.
