The hotel features a large multifaceted Food & Beverage operation, including a 120-seat restaurant, 13 unique Meeting & Event spaces and the award-winning Sydney Brewery Surry Hills. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a hotel that has a great culture and supportive work environment. You will have a sound background in administration with previous experience in co-ordinating and executing corporate events a bonus! You will have the ability to build relationships with clients whilst understanding their needs.
