We are seeking a dedicated Paediatrician to join a leading regional health service in Victoria.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive paediatric care, including inpatient and outpatient services, community paediatric clinics, and outreach services to nearby regions. You will also contribute to on-call duties, clinical leadership, teaching, and the development of the paediatric service.
About the Health Service: The hospital is a sub-regional, integrated provider of primary, secondary, and tertiary care. With a 24-hour emergency department, a Level 4 obstetric service, and a Level 3 nursery, the hospital delivers exceptional care to a diverse and growing community.
The paediatric team manages approximately 450 births annually and supports around 25% of the 17,000 annual emergency presentations that are paediatric cases.
Located in a beautiful regional area of Victoria, the hospital serves an immediate population of 50,000 and provides specialist services to a broader region.
