We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care for all of our patients and are constantly striving to improve our knowledge and skills.We are currently seeking a like-minded Medicine Veterinary Nurse to join our team!This position offers the opportunity to work alongside leading veterinary specialists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Delivering a high standard of compassionate care to both patients and clientsCaring for hospitalised patients and recovering patients after proceduresPreparing, facilitating and monitoring for proceduresPlanning, facilitating and monitoring anaesthesiaPreparation of patients for proceduresEnsuring a clean and hygienic environment throughout the hospitalAssisting with consultationsConducting handover of patientsRequirements:Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalentMinimum 2 years' experience working as a veterinary nurse, specialty experience preferred but training can be providedStrong technical nursing skills, proficiency in IV catheter placement, blood sampling and performing a TPR advantageousKnowledge of RxWorks and Smartflow are desirable but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situationsA positive, flexible, enthusiastic attitudeHave the ability to work closely within a team and autonomouslyThis is a growing business and for the right candidate ongoing opportunities will undoubtedly present themselves.Apply Now!
