Medical Workforce Department Support OfficerThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Medical Workforce Unit!
As the Medical Workforce Admin Support Officer, you will use your self-organisational and problem-solving skills to provide administrative support and assistance to the team.This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months.Coordinate and deliver high-quality administrative support for the effective and efficient management of matters related to recruitment, appointment, registration, and payroll for all Medical Staff employed at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Demonstrate self-organisational ability including the ability to set priorities and achieve results in an environment of high volumes of work and tight deadlines;Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve.Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Professional, and the maintenance of databases and information systems;Delivers work of high quality, validity, and accuracy;Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to a collegial team environment;Demonstrated client focus skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with a wide range of clients and staff both internal and external to the service;Knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues including workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination.Ability to acquire the knowledge of legislation, procedures, policies, and regulations pertaining to the recruitment of senior/resident medical officers, including medical registration and immigration.West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the southeast corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
