Welcoming patients, collecting and entering personal detailsScheduling appointmentsAnswering telephone calls and responding to enquiriesSetting up consulting roomsEntering and processing patient billing (Private Health and Medicare)Monitoring and assessing the administration care path of all patientsMaintaining and managing patient informationSupporting Icon's WHS Officers and committees to effectively carry out their responsibilitiesModelling and promoting Icon's vision and values.About You: Medical Specialist secretarial experience highly advantageousExperience with Medicare, DVA and Private Health Insurance favourableExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to communicate with clarity both verbally (face-to-face and telephone) and writtenAbility to use computer systems – competence required in Word and ExcelDelivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients)Possessing basic knowledge of medical terminology favourableWho are we?
