Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent Support Staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector. Our client, an established Orthopaedic Practice in Spring Hill is actively seeking to appoint an experienced Medical Secretary to join their supportive team. This is a full-time position for two Surgeons. The days will be Monday to Friday inclusive. The hours will be 8.30am-5.00pm. A car park is provided on site. An RDO per fortnight is also available.

This role will suit candidates with the following experience: Medical Receptionists experience in a Specialist – surgical practice highly regarded Orthopaedic experience would be helpful but not essential (will also consider candidates with Allied Health or General Practice experience seeking new skills) Patient record management (scanning etc) Use of Medical Software and patient billing processing (Genie ideal) Medical Typing duties are generally outsourced but the occasional letter may be required Excellent communication and patient care skills To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer: Minimum 2 years in a Medical Receptionist/Secretarial role Ability to work in a supportive team environment High level communication skills Understanding of Medical Practice day to day running and willingness to support other team members with running clinics Hours: The days will be Monday to Friday inclusive. The hours will be 8.30am-5.00pm. An RDO is offered per fortnight.

Salary: $ 35-38 +/hr Super permanent (Negotiable). Parking provided onsite.
