Medical Secretary

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to provide first-class secretarial support to the GP Practice and to deliver excellent levels of administration and customer service. You will respond to requests from clinicians, external services, and other team members, completing a wide variety of tasks.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Workflow administration for all clinical correspondence
Referrals via Clinical Systems & WCCG
Effective READ Coding
Notes summarising
Completing Subject Access Requests (SARS)
Completing Private Requests

The successful applicant must be flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
