About the Role: As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Medical Science Liaison to manage the South Sydney and Southern NSW regions.
In this role, you will educate the medical community on the benefits of Medicinal Cannabis, support healthcare professionals in accessing Medicinal Cannabis for their patients and showcase Cannatrek's range of products.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will take ownership of your territory, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Doctors, Specialists, Pharmacists, and other key healthcare stakeholders across the region.
Role Responsibilities: Educate Prescribers on Cannatrek products and Medicinal Cannabis prescribing with the aim of Cannatrek being their number 1 choice when appropriate.Implement a comprehensive Business Plan to facilitate growth within your geographical region.Deliver presentations to individuals and in group settings to support the use of Cannatrek products.Be responsive to Prescriber enquiry, meeting Cannatrek response time requirements.Have a working understanding of TGA, NIIM and relevant regulatory bodies rules and regulations for prescribing Medicinal Cannabis.Utilise CRM (SharpSpring) in a meaningful manner ensuring that it's kept up to date and provides insights to the Sales and Senior leadership teams.About You: You will ideally be an experienced Medical Liaison or healthcare professional who possesses a strong passion for professional development and a growth mindset.

Minimum Qualifications: A qualification in the Sciences field or experience in Pharmaceutical or relevant Industry is desirable.Proven track record in developing a territory, building your business, setting, achieving, and exceeding sales targets.Proactive, resilient self-starter.Strong communication skills: ability to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Desire to learn, ability to quickly absorb new information and understand its impact on the program, be it scientific, technical, or commercial.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience in the medical cannabis industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.Diverse and Collaborative Team: Flu Vaccines are reimbursed, and you can take an hour out of your workday to get this done.
