We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our team based in NSW. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with key thought leaders (KTLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to provide comprehensive medical and scientific support. Conduct KTL analysis and segmentation to optimize engagement plans and ensure access to relevant therapeutic information. Gather actionable insights through interactions with external stakeholders, attending congresses, and reviewing scientific literature. Deliver credible scientific presentations and provide educational support to healthcare providers and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance Galderma's initiatives in therapeutics dermatology. Note extensive travel will be required as this is a national role.
Skills & Qualifications Medical, Pharmacy, or higher degree in a relevant life sciences field; additional qualifications in dermatology/immunology are desirable. Proven experience in a similar MSL, medical, or research role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
