The RoleWe're seeking a passionate Medical Sales Representative to join our growing medical services sales team.
This individual will run their territory as their business unit and contribute to the launch of exciting new products.
As a part of one of our top-performing sales teams, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Australians.
Bayside - North Gold Coast TerritoryCountry Trip - Gladstone and RockhamptonAs a Medical Sales Representative, you'll:Establish and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and NursesManage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, including travel to regional areasCreate and execute territory business plans focusing on account managementAnalyse performance targets and measure the impact of prescriber initiativesEngage with customers to build trust and confidence in our productsSecure access to Healthcare Professionals through appointments and drop-insCultivate positive relationships with HCPs and their support staffWe're looking for candidates with:A consultative approach to salesDemonstrated sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or allied health fieldsStrong time management and organizational skillsA collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamworkWillingness to accept feedback and embrace continuous learning opportunitiesBenefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
