Responsibilities:

Negotiating, drafting and reviewing an extensive range of complex contracts, including marketing and medical materials.
Assisting the team with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational matters.
Ensuring regulatory compliance across the entire research cycle.

Requirements:

5+ PQE, with in-house experience highly regarded.
Extensive knowledge of relevant regulation.
Understanding and experience in intellectual property and commercialisation on IP.
Experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry highly regarded.
Experience with medical devices or clinical trials highly regarded.
Must have full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.
