Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Medical Records – Gawler Health Service Salary: ASO2 $57,842 - $62,221 p.a.  Temporary Full-Time position working up to 14 February 2025  Overview The role of the Medical Records Officer is to ensure the smooth functioning of the medical record service. This includes supplying medical records to all departments and providing patient information to external care providers. The Medical Records Office has various responsibilities such as collating, creating, retrieving, filing, storing, tracking, and transporting medical records. The Service also performs other functions such as scanning documents into CCCME and maintaining medical records. The Medical Records Officer will be part of a team that contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the Medical Record Service for both internal and external customers. They will also assist in coordinating the day-to-day workload and provide on-the-job training to other staff members as necessary.
