Join Darling Downs Health as a Medical Records Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in managing patient records to support seamless care. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to both paper and electronic systems, ensuring efficient and confidential handling of patient information.
What Your Day Will Look Like....
You'll process, track, and deliver patient records to support clinical teams, ensuring accurate and timely access to medical charts. You'll assist with both electronic and paper records, handle administrative tasks like phone and front counter inquiries, and uphold patient confidentiality. Your day will be dynamic, working closely with staff to maintain smooth operations and excellent patient care.
