The Imaging Associates team is excited by the opportunity to provide radiology services to the community in this region and seek to engage a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team providing a range of high-quality imaging services.
We are looking for multiple friendly and professional Medical Imaging Receptionists to work part-time across our Bass Coast Hospital and Phillip Island location. As the Receptionist for our Radiology department, you will act as the first point of contact for all patients. We need you to provide top-notch service and care to everyone who walks through our doors: compassion and empathy are key, and you will work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure that our radiology service offering is provided in a professional and respectful way.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcome patients and provide them with information about their appointmentLiaising with hospital staff to facilitate in patient imagingManage calls and patient bookingsRespond to enquiries from patients and referrersManage patient invoicing and receiptingWhat's on offer? Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare/medical industryExceptional customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, and communication skillsConfidence with technology and the ability to learn new systemsExperience working autonomously and part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesAvailable to work 3-4 days a week with a rotating roster across 8am â 5.30pm (i.e. 8am â 4.30pm or 9am â 4.30pm) and the occasional Saturday 8am â 12pmMore about the team you'll be joining In 2011, a team of dedicated radiologists set out to create a new radiology practice with a difference: different as a partnership of owner operators, and different as a practice that prioritised care and compassion first.
