)*Full-time Continuous ContractAbout the RoleThe Medical Receptionist provides a high standard of confidential client-focused service and supports our UCC healthcare team.
The position is the face of the clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors as well as working closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients.Duties include:Provide a professional, positive and friendly first-point of contact for clients and visitors (meeting and greeting)Answer incoming phone calls, including triaging and actioning client requestsProvide administrative support to the clinical team as requiredBilling and processing payments and Medicare rebatesGeneral administration duties, ensuring practice cleanliness and restocking as neededTriage all clients and visitors to the clinic including prioritising and monitoring clientsHours: Monday to Friday, 12.00pm until 8.00pm; Saturday and Sundays, 4.00pm until 8.00pm.
