Medical Receptionist, Kensington

* Casual medical receptionist ( 10 - 20 hrs ), who will have expanding work opportunities over the next few months - will ideally have :- • Previous Medical reception experience, preferable.• BP software experience preferred but not essential.• Some management and organisational skills• Working knowledge of Medicare Australia, DVA and Private Health Fund Billing - training also available• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to be flexible and to cover shifts when staff are on leave• Acting as first through to last point of contact for patients• Managing telephone enquiries, including but not limited to Referrers, Receptionist and Patients
