Medical Receptionist - Inner Recruitment Pool Perth Radiological Clinic | Healthcare/Medical Join PRC's clericalteam and provide outstanding patient focused care!What is the opportunity?Perth Radiological Clinic requires a full timepermanent Medical Receptionist to join the InnerRecruitment pool.You will be provided with on-the-job training and will have theopportunity to work alongside various teams, traveling throughoutour inner suburb clinics including Claremont, Nedlands, SouthPerth, Subiaco, and Perth CBD.
The start and finish times vary from6:15am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the clerical supervisor your responsibilitywill include:Arrive patients and make clinical appointments at the frontdesk Undertake computer work including, handling accounts,banking, Medicare batching and data entry Care for customers by maintaining a high standard ofpatient care, safety and confidentialityGeneral administration duties, including but not limitedto; processing booking requests via email and fax, answerinternal phone calls and direct as needed.
What do you need to be considered?The successful candidate will be patient care focused, holdoutstanding customer service qualities, and portray a high level ofattention to detail with analysing data and patient confidentialityinformation.
