Neurospine Institute is a multi-disciplinary surgical practice with offices in Murdoch, Perth City and Wembley. We are looking for a medical receptionist to join our fantastic team to support established surgeons, physicians and physiotherapists. The successful applicant will be both organised and an organiser, with the confidence to make decisions and recommendations for improvements as the practice develops. We help our patients wherever possible and strive to provide the highest quality of customer service and you must embody this attitude.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls to the Practice and managing patient enquiries;Scheduling patient appointments for all locations and medical disciplines;Manage general admin tasks such as faxing, e-mail, document management, scanning, etc;Clinic management, including preparation, surgical procedure bookings, checking patients in/out of appointments, obtaining test results, organising necessary follow-up tests or appointments, and invoicing and receipting payments.This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking to get into medical administration.
