Medical Receptionist

Great Working Environment Perm Part-time (2-3 days) Located in Gulliver The Role We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a perm part-time basis at the Skin Repair Skin Cancer Clinic.

This is a perm part-time position, with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave. Our current opening hours are from 8:45am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms General administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude Previous experience in administrative/reception roles Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine
