Great Working EnvironmentPerm Part-time (2-3 days)Located in Gulliver The RoleWe are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a perm part-time basis at the Skin Repair Skin Cancer Clinic.This is a perm part-time position, with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave.
Our current opening hours are from 8:45am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:Warmly greeting and assisting patientsScheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment bookAccurate data entry of patient informationProcessing paymentsManaging phone and email queriesAssisting in tidying up consult roomsGeneral administration duties as requiredQualifications & AttributesCustomer-focused with a commitment to patient careA strong team player who contributes to a positive work cultureApproachable, reliable and dependableExcellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitudePrevious experience in administrative/reception rolesSensitive in your approach when dealing with patientsAuthorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
