We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our practice.
You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient inquiries and supporting our healthcare professionals.
This is a casual/part-time position over 3 to 4 days and rotating weekend roster.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical reception role or administrative role preferred.
Exceptional patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in medical software an advantage.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
