Applications are sought from suitably skilled Medical Receptionists/Administrators to work in the Specialist Outpatient/Consulting Suites team at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Meet and greet clients, answer phone calls, make and change appointments Prepare and maintain waiting, meeting, treatment and counselling rooms in a tidy and presentable condition Provide reception and administration duties to both the Consulting Suites and Cancer and Wellness Centre Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Must have availability for a range of shifts including Saturday's as rostered
Qualifications/experience required:
Experience or strong understanding of Customer Service requirements Demonstrated record of meeting customer needs
