Medical Receptionist

Family Doctor is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team at Sunbury Medical Centre in Sunbury, Victoria.

About the role:
We are looking for someone who values teamwork and has a high regard for quality patient care. This role provides front-line services and includes the responsibilities of guiding our patients through the administrative and financial aspects of their treatment. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staffGreeting patients and visitors in person and on the phoneScheduling appointments for patientsGeneral office and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as required About you:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Strong communication and IT skillsPrevious medical receptionist experience (advantageous)Ability to multitaskAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience using Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailExperience in customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment How to apply:
