Our clinics at I-MED Hamilton Radiology are seeking an enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working a 40-hour week, working with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
What will you be doing?
The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients in the clinic, giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network.
In this role you will be greeting patients as they arrive, making bookings and taking payments.
There will also be the opportunity to work with our phone team as needed.
This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team within Hamilton Radiology.
When and where will you do it?
Our clinic receptions operate between the hours of 7:00am to 05:00pm, Monday-Friday.
You will be given Induction training upon commencement and additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.

* Experience in providing quality customer experience in a medical or high-volume complex customer service environment.
* Familiarity with a computerised booking system and proficiency in reception tasks * A pledge to your own performance and commitment to giving quality customer care * Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders * Experience as a medical typist preferred but not essential * Strong team skills * Good PC and accurate data entry and typing skills.
