Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently using practice management software.
Process patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry of medical records and information.
Handle billing, invoicing, and Medicare or private health claims with precision.
Support healthcare professionals by preparing consultation rooms and managing daily schedules.
What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a receptionist, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with practice management systems and a high level of computer literacy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
