Working in our Doctors, private practice, you will be the first person patients meet when they engage with our clinic. Reporting to the Team Leader & Business Manager, this position exists to provide high quality medical administrative and reception support and exceptional customer service to patients.The position will require some flexibility with variable hours, early mornings and Saturday shifts as required.As the successful applicant, your responsibilities include:Triage incoming calls and emailsManaging patient bookings and monitoring clinic appointmentsAccurate data entry into the patient management systemProviding general administrative support to the teamDelivering exceptional caring service to all patientsMedical billing and receiptingProviding practice management support to our doctors as requiredAre you the ideal candidate for us?The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation.
