Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: Patient Check-In/Check-Out : Greet patients, verify details, assist with paperwork, and manage appointment scheduling.
Phone and Email Communication : Answer calls, provide information, and schedule or reschedule appointments.
Data Entry : Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system and process necessary forms.
Insurance and Billing Support : Verify insurance information and assist with billing questions.
Coordination : Communicate patient needs to medical staff and assist with office flow.
Customer Service : Address patient inquiries, direct them appropriately, and provide support during visits.
Requirements: Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
Skills : Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Attitude : Friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented.
