Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and capable of managing a busy front desk. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of our practice and be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:    •       Greet and assist patients with a welcoming attitude
   •       Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
   •       Process billing and handle payments
   •       Answer phone inquiries and manage communications efficiently
   •       Assist in administrative tasks to support the practice's daily operations
Qualifications:    •       Preferred: Prior experience as a medical receptionist
   •       Preferred: Knowledge of Genie medical practice software
   •       Excellent communication and customer service skills
   •       Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
   •       Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
