As a Medical Receptionist/Administration Officer in our Consulting Suites, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting patientsManaging incoming calls and emailsScheduling and managing patient appointmentsMaintain accurate and effective record management systemsManage the collection of payments for consult and theatre appointmentsProviding general day to day practice and administration supportEssential Criteria: Authority to Work in AustraliaExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Works well independently and within a teamFlexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shiftsExperience in a Medical or Hospital administration is desirable but not mandatory.Knowledge of Medical Practice Software such as Gentu or Zedmedis desirable but not mandatory.Why Healthscope?
