Medical Receptionist Brisbane | Immediate Start Our client is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to be a part of their medical administration team.
Permanent, part-time hours (across 5 days per week), commencing immediately.
The Role: As the front face, you'll play a vital role in supporting various Specialists/Medical Practitioners, providing a range of reception and medical admin support as well as exceptional customer service to patients.
With no two days the same, your responsibilities will include: Liaising with patients and medical practices Answering incoming calls and aiding as required Scheduling appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments.
Booking procedure bookings as requested by the Medical Practitioners Invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Complete end of day activities including banking reconciliation and consultation room preparation.
About You: The successful candidate will have experience as a receptionist or secretary in a specialised practice.
They will also have: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in written communication.
Adaptability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to provide an exceptional, tailor-made service.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day-to-day work An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
