Position: Medical Receptionist

At I-MED, we believe in working as a team and delivering high-quality healthcare to every patient, every time. Our clinics in Albany are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a full-time position, reporting to the Office Supervisor, working Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered between clinic hours of 7am – 5pm, rotating between our two clinics.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include: Be the first point of contact for patients at reception. Managing appointments to maximize customer service and clinic efficiency. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers. Building and growing a comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic radiology. Key selection criteria: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. Availability to work full-time and participate in rotational Saturday shifts – approximately once every few months. Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems. Patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients. What We Offer:
