We're currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. As a casual member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch reception and administrative services that meet the highest professional and company standards. Your dedication will ensure that our patients, referrers, and customers receive the professional, caring, and friendly service they deserve. This position is based predominantly at Midland but there may be the opportunity to work at other sites North of the River, contributing to our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. What you'll do:Ensure responsiveness and effective communication with patients and referring healthcare professionalsCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient servicesProvide efficient administrative support by resolving issues promptly, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth clinic operationsDeliver excellent customer service to patients both face-to-face and over the phone, promoting a compassionate and efficient service environmentClinic Coordination: Coordinate patient flow, monitor patient comfort, liaise with cardiologists and technical staff, manage appointments, and handle reception duties efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.Who you are:Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for allProven track record of effectively working both independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goalsStrong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access and the capacity to quickly adapt to medical software systemsExceptional organization and communication skills, enabling efficient teamwork within an administrative support settingOutstanding phone manner and adeptness in handling various patient inquiries, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness.Ability to cover other clinics when required (driver's licence/motor vehicle would be an advantage).What's in it for you:Casual position approximately 2-3 days per weekWork with a connected, collaborative teamThe opportunity to work for one of the most influential healthcare providers pioneering the way forward in innovation for treatments of heart disease.Don't meet every single requirement?
