A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join this professional medical practice in Brighton.
Close to shops, cafés, public transport, and parking onsite.
The role is offered part-time, 1.5 days per week, you will be well supported by the Practice Manager and administration team.
Enjoy patient interaction at the front desk, together with completing various administrative tasks.
The responsibilities of the role include: Meeting/Greeting Scheduling patients for consult appointments Utilise Gentu medical software Patient accounts Scanning of documents Ensure all patients have a current referral letter Adhoc administration duties Essential criteria: Previous Medical Reception/admin experience Computer literacy (Gentu or Genie medical software experience is preferred) Self-motivated with a mature and professional outlook Days/hours:- Thursday – 8.30 am to 12.00 noon and Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Previous medical reception/admin experience is essential.
