What is the opportunity? As a Medical Receptionist 2IC , you will provide support to the Clerical Supervisor through effective delivery of administrative services to the clinic, be the go-to person for clerical team members regarding day-to-day operations queries, act as a point of contact for the clinic, and assist with the training of new clerical team members.
As a Clerical Supervisor , you will liaise with key internal stakeholders to optimize both team and clinic resources, ensuring the clinic operates with maximum efficiency.
