AWAHS provides first class Primary Health Care Services to the Aboriginal community who reside in Albury / Wodonga and surrounding areas.
As a Bulk Billing Health Service there is no charge to our clients for the medical services provided.

Position Purpose:You will play a crucial role in offering professional and informative reception and administration services to loyal clients, the community, clinicians, and the amazing AWAHS crew at both our Albury and Wodonga Medical Centers.
Key Responsibilities:This role is all about being the welcoming face of our medical clinic, the first friendly contact for our clients.

Relationships and Reporting LinesThe position reports directly to the Office Manager.
Requirements: Experience in reception/administration work, to provide high quality and culturally competent reception and administrative services to patients, doctors and peers. Knowledge of appointment bookings and scheduling. Strong skills and knowledge when working with Microsoft Office and computers. Understanding and respect for Aboriginal health, culture, and history. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Skills in managing and actioning documentation confidentially, and within required timeframes. A commitment to the community and having our clients' best interest at heart. Time management, knowing how to prioritise your work and lending a hand to others in your team. Current Drivers License.
