Medical Reception/Administration

PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY ! Dermatology SA are looking for a friendly, professional and organised receptionist who can work well in a team and busy environment in our city fringe location. You may be required to work across all sites at times. You will be working with a large team of medical specialists.
To be successful, you will have had previous experience in Medicare billing, customer service, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
We Have:
A great opportunity for a professional Receptionist on a casual basis. Availability to work 4 days a week.
You Have:
Experience in medical reception/administration Good IT/computer skills and familiarity with Genie Software is preferable Managed patient bookings both online, via telephone and in person Experience with patient billings Via Medicare online Enthusiasm, motivation with initiative to work independently and effectively in a team Excellent communication skills An impeccable work ethic and can attend to general office duties in working within a busy and constantly changing environment You Are:
