As a GP/RG Registrar (Single Employer Model), you'll have full senior support in managing the care of patients, working collaboratively with our skilled medical staff, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities: 24/7 Roster Participation: Take part in a flexible, rewarding 24-hour, 7-day roster that ensures you gain invaluable experience while making a tangible impact on patient outcomes.Ongoing Professional Development: Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career in a supportive environment.Lead and Inspire: Play a key role in the education and training of medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to drive optimal clinical service outcomes and enhance patient care.Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities, ensuring our commitment to best practice care and innovative healthcare delivery.What We're Looking For: Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.Fully registered with APHRA.Accepted into ACRRM or RACGP & PGY3+.At least 6 months ED/General Medicine experience in a clinical capacity.Some paediatric patient management experience.Why Join Us?
