The Exciting Opportunities: We are seeking a dedicated experienced Senior Medical Officer to join our holistic organisation. Our mission is to empower our community to take responsibility to safeguard their health and wellbeing from before birth to end of life.
Role Responsibilities: Oversee primary health care delivery for all ages, guiding a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally responsive care.Train and guide junior doctors in some locations.Collaborate with clinic operations to create effective clinical care systems and manage the multidisciplinary workforce.Align clinical staff with current therapeutic protocols and guidelines and provide medical advice and support.Review and enhance clinical governance, incident management, and risk strategies while promoting Aboriginal health worker models.Oversee staff training, foster learning, manage relationships with stakeholders, and report on performance, including patient care and financial metrics.Please send your CV or alternatively call Jody Inman - Healthcare Team Lead on 0483 964 *** or email ****** for a confidential discussion.
