Due to internal promotions and our continued business growth this year, we are excited to announce that we are actively seeking a Medical Officer to join our Brisbane team from February 2025 onwards! As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.
Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.

About the role This role supports our Chief Medical Officer and plays a critical role in the process of bringing new medicines to the community.
Key responsibilities Leading the informed consent process, making clinical assessments of potential trial participants and determining eligibility for study enrolmentMonitoring participants on studies to optimize participant safetyProvision of medical care to healthy volunteers and patients in Phase I trialsInterpretation of sign-off on diagnostic test resultsCollaboration across Project Management, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Laboratory Services, and Quality department to deliver safe clinical trials that generate high quality data.Acting as an Investigator for early-phase clinical trialsRequirements Full AHPRA registration with no restrictionsAt least 1 year of clinical experience post-internshipPart time roles require - availability to work 3 to 5 days per week across a 7-day rosterIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
