As a Medical Officer you will conduct pre-employment occupational suitability examinations for Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates.
You will join a team of highly professional Doctors who collaborate to deliver high quality, comprehensive healthcare assessments for Defence Force Recruitment.
You will participate in a generous and supportive training program that ensures you are ready to complete five appointments per day.
Your appointments will be booked by our dedicated bookings team and our Nurses and Screeners will conduct preliminary screening of all your bookings to make sure your day runs smoothly.
Our Newcastle Practice is run by a close-knit team of 20 employees and Practitioners including two occupational and one Defence Force Recruiting Doctor.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Australian Citizenship Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery (or equivalent) Current AHPRA registration (General Registration minimum) You will need to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance as per ADF guidelines.
