As a Medical Liaison Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our Pathology business by developing relationships and creating a bridge between our organization and healthcare professionals in South Eastern Melbourne. Reporting directly to the Business Development and Sales Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team of 10, where your efforts will directly impact our growth strategy and community presence.

What You Will Be Doing Your key responsibilities will include: Build and Maintain Relationships: Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters, nurturing current relationships, and identifying new referral sources. Your customer-focused approach will ensure that referrers feel valued and supported.Drive Revenue Growth: Execute targeted marketing and sales initiatives to grow revenue and achieve KPIs for your territory. You'll develop a comprehensive territory plan, ensuring revenue growth strategies align with budget expectations.Problem Solving and Escalation: Address referrer issues or complaints promptly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
