About The RoleReporting into the Business Development and Sales Manager - Revenue as a Medical Liaison Officer, you act as the bridge between the business and healthcare professionals. You are responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of the Pathology businesses to the Perth region and surrounding Regional Areas.
This is to be achieved through taking a targeted approach to the market, driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives, and managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating and collaborating with all internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop current referrer relationships, whilst delivering on current marketing strategies.Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies.Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with the budget expectations.Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers.Increase referrer base in line with predefined KPIs.Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.Current Drivers Licence is essential.Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential.Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential.Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare is desirable but not essential.Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential.Strong organisational and time management skills is essential.Benefits and WellbeingAs part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits including: A marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.Corporate health insurance discounts, banking benefits and novated leasing consultations.An e-learning platform with access to a library of courses and learning paths.An Employee Assistance Program dedicated to employee health and wellbeing provided by professional coaches.Fitness Passport – access fitness centres across Australia at a subsidised rate.Career growth opportunities across the Healius network.Being a part of a large ASX-listed organization focused on delivering positive outcomes to all Australians.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionWestern Diagnostics Pathology is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
