About The RoleReporting into the Business Development and Sales Manager - Revenue as a Medical Liaison Officer, you will act as the bridge between the business and healthcare professionals.
You are responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of the Pathology businesses to the Traralgon and Gippsland areas.
This is to be achieved through a targeted approach to the market, driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives, and managing new and existing referrers while communicating and collaborating with all internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop current referrer relationships while delivering on current marketing strategies.Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue growth strategies.Increase revenue in the assigned territory in line with budget expectations.Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers.Increase the referrer base in line with predefined KPIs.Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.Role CompetenciesCurrent Driver's Licence is essential.Qualification in Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential.Recent graduate or industry background is desirable but not essential.Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare, is desirable but not essential.Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners is essential.Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.Benefits and WellbeingAs part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits including:
