Our team of radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, centre support staff, as well as our network of independent radiologists make up our 2,000 diagnostic imaging experts and support staff across 150 sites right around the country.About The roleA Medical Liaison Officer bridges the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare professionals in the capacity of a relationship Manager. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of Lumus Imaging within the Central West of NSW.This is achieved through a targeted approach to the referrer market, driving strategic marketing and education initiatives, managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating and collaborating with stakeholders. This role is based in Dubbo, NSW. We offer flexibility; this role is full-time, but will consider part-time for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the primary contact for GPs, Specialists and other health professionals for Lumus Imaging.Manage current referrer relationships, whilst building relationships with new referrers & identifying opportunities.Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies and budget expectations.Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise.Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.Assisting in the development and implementation of educational events and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.Current Drivers Licence & own vehicle is essential; this role requires some regional travel within Dubbo and surrounds.Articulate, well presented and professional.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners.Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Experience with Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology.Demonstrated relationship management experience, preferably in healthcare.Benefits and WellbeingAs part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits including:A marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.Corporate health insurance discounts, banking benefits and novated leasing consultations.An e-learning platform with access to a library of courses and learning paths.An Employee Assistance Program dedicated to employee health and wellbeing provided by professional coaches.Fitness Passport - access fitness centres across Australia at a subsidised rate.Career growth opportunities across the Healius network.Being a part of a large ASX-listed organization focused on delivering positive outcomes to all Australians.Our commitment to diversity and inclusionLumus Imaging is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
