About the Role: Applications are open for Medical Imaging Technologists to join Royal Perth Hospital's Radiology Department.
Our Medical Imaging Technologists work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive Medical Imaging services to our patients.
They facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care, in line with our values.
Medical Imaging Technologists practice as per the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Code of Conduct, the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia Registration Standards and EMHS policies and guidelines.
Successful applicants will be part of a 24/7 service. This is a Recruitment Pool for: Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting imaging studies including Computed Topography (CT), Ultrasound, X-Ray, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Mammography, and Interventional Procedures.Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in medical imaging.Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and licensing with the Radiological Council of WA.
